The Project
Anwyl Homes and Greater Manchester Youth Federation have submitted a full planning application to Manchester City Council for the development of 65 residential units (Use Class C3a) along with infrastructure like landscaping, ecological mitigation, drainage, car parking, access from Wilbraham Road, demolition of garage, etc. on land off Wilbraham Road. The project team has considered feedback from the pre-application consultation stage with elected members, residents, and statutory consultees and incorporated changes wherever possible.
