David Wilson Homes North West (DWH) working in conjunction with Muller Property Group are keen to ensure that local residents and stakeholders are given the opportunity to provide feedback on their draft plans for a new housing development at Maylands Park, Nantwich which will be the first phase of the mixed use development at the site.
The site has outline planning permission (Ref:12/3747N) for a mixed-use development including up to 189 homes, a local centre, employment development, a primary school site, public open space including a village green, children’s play areas and allotments, green infrastructure including ecological area, new vehicle and pedestrian access points and associated works which was approved by the Secretary of State in July 2020.
